Privacy Policy for My Applications

I’m Nicolas Techer, the sole developer behind my applications, and I value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I handle information when you use my Applications. I don’t collect personal data from you directly, but I use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases, which involves some data processing on my behalf.

Information I Collect

I don’t collect or store any personal information from you through the Applications. This means no names, emails, locations, or device identifiers are gathered by me. However, to enable in-app purchases, I use RevenueCat, a subscription management platform. RevenueCat collects and processes the following when you make a purchase:

  • Purchase History: Details like your subscription status or transaction dates, tied to an anonymous identifier—not your personal identity.

  • Device Information: Basic data such as device type or operating system, used only to process your purchase.

I don’t get any personally identifiable information from this, as RevenueCat handles it anonymously for me.

How I Use Information

Since I don’t collect personal data myself, I don’t use it for things like marketing or analytics. RevenueCat uses the purchase-related data to:

  • Verify your transactions with the App Store.

  • Ensure you access the features or content you’ve paid for.

  • Provide me with anonymized reports about subscription trends.

Third-Party Services

I rely on RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases across my Applications. Their privacy practices are detailed in their policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. They don’t use your purchase data for ads or cross-app tracking, and I don’t use any other third-party tools that collect data.

Data Sharing

I don’t share personal data with anyone because I don’t collect it. RevenueCat might share anonymized purchase info with me for operational needs (e.g., to check your subscription), but it’s not linked to who you are. If legally required, I might have to share what RevenueCat processes for me, but that’s it.

Open House+ — App-Specific Privacy Disclosure

Open House+ is an offline-first app for real estate agents. To provide its core functionality, Open House+ stores information entered by the user locally on the device.

This may include:

- Agent profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and license number

- Property and open house details, such as address, schedule, notes, and PIN settings

- Visitor information entered during sign-in, such as first name, last name, phone number, email address, visitor type, timeline, notes, and follow-up status

- Follow-up task information and related open house records

- Purchase entitlement status needed to unlock paid features

This information is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to my servers by Open House+ as part of the app’s normal operation.

In-App Purchases for Open House+

Open House+ uses Apple App Store billing and Google Play billing for in-app purchases. Open House+ does not use RevenueCat. Apple and Google may process transaction-related information, such as subscription status, purchase history, and billing records, according to their own privacy policies.

Sharing and Export

Open House+ does not sell visitor or user data and does not share that data with advertising or analytics providers. Data may leave the device only if the user intentionally uses device or app features such as CSV export, email, phone, SMS, or other sharing actions.

Data Deletion

Users can delete records within Open House+ and can remove local app data by deleting records in the app or uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy

Unless specified, my Applications don’t collect data from anyone, including kids under 13. RevenueCat’s purchase handling follows privacy laws, and I don’t design the Applications specifically for children.

TuneRoster App-Specific Privacy Disclosure

TuneRoster is a music project management application. Project information is stored locally on the user’s device by default. Information entered by users may include album and track details, lyrics, notes, credits and splits, distribution information, project deadlines, photos, audio files, voice feedback, attachments, and external links.

iCloud Sync and Sharing

Users may choose to store audio in iCloud Drive or enable TuneRoster Sync. When Sync is enabled, project information and selected media are stored using Apple iCloud and CloudKit. Users may share a project with collaborators they invite through Apple’s CloudKit sharing system. Invited collaborators can access the shared project content. Apple processes iCloud information according to Apple’s privacy policy.

TuneRoster does not operate a separate server that stores users’ lyrics, project files, photos, audio, or creative notes.

Photos, Audio, and Files

TuneRoster accesses photos, audio files, documents, or the microphone only when the user chooses the corresponding feature. Imported and recorded content remains on the device unless the user chooses iCloud storage, enables project Sync, shares a project, or exports the content.

Purchases and RevenueCat

TuneRoster uses RevenueCat to verify App Store purchases, restore purchases, and unlock paid features. RevenueCat may process purchase history, transaction status, and an anonymous application user identifier for app functionality and purchase analytics. TuneRoster does not provide RevenueCat with a user’s name or email address.

Influencer Referral Codes

TuneRoster uses InfluTo only when a user voluntarily enters an influencer referral code. The app sends the entered code to InfluTo to validate and record the referral. If the code is valid, TuneRoster attaches it to the user’s anonymous RevenueCat purchase profile so an eligible purchase can be attributed to the referring influencer.

TuneRoster does not use InfluTo for automatic install attribution and does not send a device model, screen information, timezone, language, advertising identifier, or RevenueCat application user identifier to InfluTo for fingerprinting.

InfluTo may receive referral-code and purchase-attribution information through its integration with RevenueCat. This information is used to validate campaigns, prevent referral fraud, and calculate influencer commissions. InfluTo’s privacy policy is available at https://influ.to/privacy.

Export and Sharing

When a user exports a CSV file, shares project information, or opens an external service, the selected information is provided to the destination chosen by the user.

Retention and Deletion

Local TuneRoster information remains on the device until the user deletes it or removes the application. When a project owner deletes a synced project inside TuneRoster, the app deletes the project’s TuneRoster CloudKit record zone and shared cloud data before deleting the local copy. If iCloud deletion fails, TuneRoster retains the local project and asks the user to try again. A collaborator who removes a shared project deletes only their local copy; the owner’s iCloud project remains. Deleting the app removes local data but may not remove synced projects from iCloud.

Referral-code and purchase-attribution records held by InfluTo or RevenueCat are retained according to their policies and operational requirements. Privacy questions may be sent to nicodevapps@gmail.com.

TuneRoster is not intended for children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this Privacy Policy, I’ll post the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date here and in the App Store. Since I don’t collect contact info, I can’t notify you directly—please check back as needed.
