Privacy Policy for My Applications

I’m Nicolas Techer, the sole developer behind my applications, and I value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how I handle information when you use my Applications. I don’t collect personal data from you directly, but I use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to manage in-app purchases, which involves some data processing on my behalf.

Information I Collect

I don’t collect or store any personal information from you through the Applications. This means no names, emails, locations, or device identifiers are gathered by me. However, to enable in-app purchases, I use RevenueCat, a subscription management platform. RevenueCat collects and processes the following when you make a purchase:

  • Purchase History: Details like your subscription status or transaction dates, tied to an anonymous identifier—not your personal identity.

  • Device Information: Basic data such as device type or operating system, used only to process your purchase.

I don’t get any personally identifiable information from this, as RevenueCat handles it anonymously for me.

How I Use Information

Since I don’t collect personal data myself, I don’t use it for things like marketing or analytics. RevenueCat uses the purchase-related data to:

  • Verify your transactions with the App Store.

  • Ensure you access the features or content you’ve paid for.

  • Provide me with anonymized reports about subscription trends.

Third-Party Services

I rely on RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases across my Applications. Their privacy practices are detailed in their policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy. They don’t use your purchase data for ads or cross-app tracking, and I don’t use any other third-party tools that collect data.

Data Sharing

I don’t share personal data with anyone because I don’t collect it. RevenueCat might share anonymized purchase info with me for operational needs (e.g., to check your subscription), but it’s not linked to who you are. If legally required, I might have to share what RevenueCat processes for me, but that’s it.

Open House+ — App-Specific Privacy Disclosure

Open House+ is an offline-first app for real estate agents. To provide its core functionality, Open House+ stores information entered by the user locally on the device.

This may include:

- Agent profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and license number

- Property and open house details, such as address, schedule, notes, and PIN settings

- Visitor information entered during sign-in, such as first name, last name, phone number, email address, visitor type, timeline, notes, and follow-up status

- Follow-up task information and related open house records

- Purchase entitlement status needed to unlock paid features

This information is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to my servers by Open House+ as part of the app’s normal operation.

In-App Purchases for Open House+

Open House+ uses Apple App Store billing and Google Play billing for in-app purchases. Open House+ does not use RevenueCat. Apple and Google may process transaction-related information, such as subscription status, purchase history, and billing records, according to their own privacy policies.

Sharing and Export

Open House+ does not sell visitor or user data and does not share that data with advertising or analytics providers. Data may leave the device only if the user intentionally uses device or app features such as CSV export, email, phone, SMS, or other sharing actions.

Data Deletion

Users can delete records within Open House+ and can remove local app data by deleting records in the app or uninstalling the app.

Children’s Privacy

My Applications don’t collect data from anyone, including kids under 13. RevenueCat’s purchase handling follows privacy laws, and I don’t design the Applications specifically for children.

Changes to This Policy

If I update this Privacy Policy, I’ll post the revised version with a new “Last Updated” date here and in the App Store. Since I don’t collect contact info, I can’t notify you directly—please check back as needed.
